From 495 / 95 :

Exit 11a (Pennsylvania Ave. / Route 4 South). Go 1.25 miles and bear right at the Dower House Road / Old Marlboro Pike exit ramp. Make a right at the light on to Dower House Road and continue to until the four way stop sign. Go left to continue on Dower House Road. Make a left on Fallard Drive and take the first right on to Fallard Terrace.

From 301:

Take Route 4 south to the Woodyard Road exit. At the bottom of the ramp turn left on Woodyard Road. Go 1.5 miles and turn right on Dower House Road. Go right on Fallard Drive and the first right on Fallard Terrace.
